Common Errors

Qlarity surfaces problems at two points: while importing a Central Reach CSV, and while syncing invoices to QuickBooks Online. This page lists the messages you're most likely to see and what to do about each. The two biggest categories have their own guides — Unable to Import and Skipped Rows: Payor Change.

Import errors

These appear while you import a Central Reach CSV into Qlarity.

"Unable to Import" rows

Rows with a data problem that mapping can't fix. Each row lists a reason — Missing Required, Invalid Format, Invalid Date, Invalid Number, Duplicate Row, Reference Not Found, or Zero Amount. Correct the row in your source CSV and re-upload. Full guide: Unable to Import.

"Skipped — Payor Change" rows

Auto-skipped because the payor changed in Central Reach after the invoice had already synced. Full guide: Skipped Rows: Payor Change.

Required column '<name>' is missing from CSV

The upload is missing a column Qlarity needs — either the file isn't the expected Central Reach billing export, or columns were removed. Re-export from Central Reach without dropping any columns, then upload again.

Cannot confirm import: no rows are in READY status. Resolve missing mappings or upload a corrected CSV.

Nothing is ready to import yet. Map any unmapped entities and click Refresh Analysis, or fix the file and re-upload. See Managing Mappings.

Cannot create invoices: N unmapped entities found. Please complete all mappings first.

Some Customer, Service, or Location values still aren't mapped. Map them, then retry. See Mapping Service Entities.

Cannot import: CR Billing Entry ID '<id>' already exists on invoice '<num>'. Each billing entry can only appear on one invoice.

The row is already on another invoice. Qlarity also reports this in bulk as Cannot import: N CR Billing Entry IDs already exist on other invoices. This usually means the charge was already imported. If it looks wrong, contact support.

File too large or too many rows

The upload zone accepts up to 10MB and 10,000 rows. Split the export or narrow the date range, then upload again.

Sync errors

These appear while you push invoices to QuickBooks Online.

An invoice shows status Failed

The push to QuickBooks failed. Open the invoice and read its Sync History — the failure entry shows the message QuickBooks returned — then retry the sync. If it keeps failing, contact support. See Understanding Sync Results.

Quickbooks Online connection has expired. (banner)

Qlarity's authorization to QuickBooks has lapsed. Click Reconnect Quickbooks and re-authorize. See Connecting QuickBooks Online.

Subscription messages

Invoice creation unavailable. Your subscription has expired. /
Sync unavailable. Your subscription has expired.

Import and sync actions are disabled while a subscription is expired or cancelled (you may see a "cancelled" variant of the message). Renew the subscription to re-enable them.
